Upon successful completion of a Graduate Concentration in Human Resource Development, students will:

  1. Develop a scholarly and practical understanding on the knowledge and the applied processes related to HRD.
  2. Acquire competencies appropriate for HRD careers nationally and internationally in a range of business sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, health care, and higher education.
