The Hospitality Management minor prescribes courses that meet the professional needs of the hospitality industry including hotels and food service operations and is comprised of 18 hours of hospitality related coursework. The minor is designed for students interested in expanding their knowledge and application of management principles, with a focus on the unique application in the field of hospitality. A minor in Hospitality Management would benefit those students who intend to pursue careers in the hospitality or customer service industries. This minor is not appropriate for students pursuing the FSHN concentration in Hospitality Management.
